Bobbi and Emma are sitting in their living toom, watching a fashion show on television. Their viewing
however is unexpectedly interrupted by the doorbell
Emma gets up to answer the door and she is upset to find that it is their landlady, Genna, at the door.

"Hi girls! I'm here for this week's rent." explains Genna, "You were late paying it last week and this week
I want you to pay on time."
The girls search in vain to find money for the rent.

"The problem is," says Emma, "We just don't have the cash right now."
"Well when are you going to have it?" demands Genna, "I need the money today. I'm getting fed up of you
two always being behind with your payments."
"I don't get paid until the end of the month. There's nothing much I can do before then." replies Bobbi.

"Well maybe we can come to an alternative arrangement then girls." suggests Genna.
She thinks for a moment and then makes her offer.
"Okay here's the deal. I'll let you girls off half of this week's rent if Bobbi strips naked right now."
"What?" exclaims Bobbi, "Strip?"
"Yep, strip off all your clothes right now."
"No way!" replies Bobbi.
"It's worth it to get out of half our rent." comments Emma.
"That's easy for you to say, you don't have to get naked!"
"Well no-one's forcing you," replies Emma, "But it would make life easier for us."

"How about I'll take off my clothes to pay all of this week's rent?" suggests Bobbi.
"No," replies Genna, "But I'll give you half of this week's and half of next week's. It's worth the same."
"Okay then." Bobbi reluctantly agrees. "You have a deal."
Genna sits down to watch as Bobbi gets to her feet and begins to lift her top.
Soon she is stripped to the waist. She takes a deep breath and begins to unfasten her skirt.

She pushes her skirt down her thighs and lets it fall around her ankles.
She steps out of the crumpled skirt and places it with her top on the sofa. Pausing for a moment she takes another
breath and then starts pushing the next garment down.
Genna watches avidly enjoying both her power over the two girls and Bobbi's growing embarrassment.
