You sign up and then turn up for your first day at work, as it were, and find yourself at the Reality Kings network area. Your site should have its content displayed on the home page but it's a bit tricky, at first, to find it among all the adverts. That's about the only downside of me, the adverts. Still, use the top menu or the drop down to find you site, or scroll to the bottom of the page and View All. In the end you should find the full list of Big Tits Boss movies and there were 188 of them when I was at the site.
Movies take the same premise and these are scripted scenes. There's a guy who had a lady boss and she's fierce, fulsome and a bit of a fuck-a-holic. He might be late, or a new boy or simply in the dog-doo for some misdemeanour and she gives him a bit of a mouthful about it. Before long though he's giving her a bit more than a mouthful of dick and she's gagging for it right there and then in the office. Screen caps are also plentiful and at 900 x 506 in size, though these sizes may vary with age. You have zip files to take whole sets, there are slideshows and good viewing options and navigation tools in the galleries. So, there are no excuses for not being able out see this content!

Quality
The quality is fine here and more recent scenes are shown in HD at 1080p. There are good viewing options and the site is easy enough to navigate though it does carry lots of adverts. The movies are sharp and clear, well-acted out and well filmed. Galleries hold great quality images and even the screen caps are good.

Conclusion
